Successful CRM System Launch!

The first installation of Santosha's new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system has been very well received by HealthCom Services. Replacing a burdensome and antiquated MS Access database that was problematic to share among HCS personnel, the web-based CRM tool allows any of the HCS administrators to access prospecting campaigns, client records, conversation logs, and product information including renewing revenue reminders through the Internet from any location.
