Jonathan Micklos has worked on technical communication projects since 1993, with extensive training in the technical documentation field. Jon first began utilizing web technology to deliver technical information in 1996. He's earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Keene State College, Keene NH, 1986) and Master of Science degree in Technical Communication Management (Mercer University, Atlanta GA, 2001).
